CA Paresh Shah is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with over 35 years of continuous practice in Income-tax and GST litigation. He is the Founder and Principal of Shah Paresh & Associates and is personally involved in every matter undertaken by the chamber — from strategy formulation to representation at hearings.
His career spans extensive representation before income-tax authorities, CIT(A), ITAT Mumbai and the Bombay High Court. Beyond litigation, he has been an active contributor to the CA profession through speaking engagements at WIRC of ICAI, technical publications and leadership of professional associations.
CA Simoni Doshi is a Chartered Accountant specialising in Income-tax and GST appellate proceedings. As Senior Associate at the chamber, she assists in the preparation of written submissions, grounds of appeal, legal research and procedural compliance across all matters undertaken by the chamber.
Her work at the chamber is focused exclusively on contentious tax litigation — bringing rigour and precision to the preparation and drafting process that underpins every matter.
